Coaming riser has risen..
Finally got to do a little on the kayak, I’ve been busy with Mission week at our church. My project was a bathroom re-do, remove the tub and install a shower. In between that and another project for a friend, I glued some more sticks on the ‘yak. I put the cheek plates in along with the riser for strength and a spot to mount the hip pads. I left the riser long then, after a fillet of ‘Dookie Smutz” cut it to final height. Now I can glass the outside of the riser and be ready to flip the deck for glass on the inside.
